"Not sure valuation for "staff" and "amenities" are really valid, since there were no "staff" on site, and amenities were really limited. This was a fun place to stay. Clean, comfortable bed, all the important stuff. Did not register until we arrived that it is a suite arrangement, geared for longer stay guests (with kitchenette, utensils and such to feed one's self). We were also thrown for a loop with the virtual check-in which is accomplished on your phone, potentially hours before arrival. But, we navigated and got in okay. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay here again..."

"Frankly speaking, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was not the pleasant experience I had expected. During our stay, we found a cockroach and other small insects in the room, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also exactly the same every day for the 10 days we stayed there, with no variety at all. In addition, one of the male staff members who helped in the kitchen was quite rude and unfriendly. Some of the reception staff were also not welcoming and spoke to me in an unfriendly manner. That said, I would like to recognize Todd, who works at reception in the evening and night. He was always friendly, helpful, welcoming, and very pleasant to speak with. I also want to acknowledge the cleaning staff, who were very kind and helpful. In particular, there was an African American gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, but he was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. Overall, while there were a few excellent staff members who made a positive impression, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations."
