"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. Perfect with our three year old who called it our 'home-tel,' Our flights were delayed on the way out, I was able to call through to reception who provided us with access to the property after reception hours with really clear instructions. "We loved the apartment. Five of us stayed and it was very comfortable. Walking distance to most things. Uber is also an option that worked very well and was very inexpensive. We stayed the last week in October so Air Conditioning was not needed but I can see how it could be hot in the summer. Great local vibe. "

"Well staffed,well equipped kitchen area in the room, clean and quiet ( despite its proximity to a main road and the shore). The daily cleaning was very well done. The only glitch arose from the initial absence of a cot which our daughter and her husband, on a separate concurrent booking, had requested for our grandson. It seemed to trigger an odd level of kerfuffle in the reception staff but got sorted eventually. That said, we’d happily stay there again. A really pleasant base for exploring...

"Full of character located in the heart of the lovely small city of Setubal. The host was very helpful and the accommodation easy to find and access. We opted for the studio as we were only staying 4 nights. It was perfectly clean and functional but also has a little added charm that would appeal to romantics. Good base to explore the city and the surrounding region that is well worth visiting. "
