"Great place to see in old Lisbon. Right down town, but in a quiet section. Walk out the front door to a pedestrian only street with lots of eating options. The room was large and clean. The beds are firm, but comfortable. I was nervous with the check-in being remote, but it was perfect. I received an email the day before and every door is electronic (which is very handy). 3 minutes to one Metro station and 10 to the Train station. Couldn't be better placed!"

"the loft apartment is centrally located in the old town, which is 3 mins walk from st luzia and the miradourna sol. The view from the room is great from both the dining place and loft bed. however, i guess its the issue for all apartments in the old town, ceiling is quite low and area is quite small. and seems like many business around the old town are setting up small businesses and bars on the already quite narrow road. can be quite noisy sometimes. and i also see quite a few insects...

"Paula was an amazing host and flexible to our family needs. Very responsive and always helpful. Only tip is to communicate ahead of time to ensure the apartment meet your needs, they have a few different options. We had one that was not ideal for us, but then Paula quickly resolved and was very understanding. Finally, area is walkable don't recommend having a vehicle. Use Bolt in town. "

The only glitch arose from the initial absence of a cot which our daughter and her husband, on a separate concurrent booking, had requested for our grandson. "This property is NOT where it shows on the map, it is 10 minutes down the street and not in the village of Comporta. There is only one AC unit, and the bedrooms get very hot. The house was not clean upon arrival and the cleaning people were still there. The microwave didn't work either. I am still waiting for my refund. The management company is difficult to work with and communicate with. Cute pool though. "
