The room was clean and beautiful as always and this being me and my husband 3rd time staying here the hotel was completely different and we believe it’s because the new hotel has been built at the casino! The hotel was loud all night having kids running back and fourth above our room and out in the hallway and even during the day! Got woke up once with a loud dog barking even thou the hotel is not pet friendly! Front desk did not have and food in the fridge like every time before they only had chips and candy bars and drinks before they had cold sandwiches and biscuits that you could heat up in the microwave and they used to have free bottle waters in the lobby at the coffee station and they did not! Plus we had to go to the casino hotel to do our checkout process the morning we left because now they do not have staff that work the front desk I guess they have them working both hotels! Even though the hotel is clean and pretty we will not be staying there again we where so tired from the noise all weekend we would have left the first night if it was not for the fact we already paid upfront for the whole weekend so we left tired and could not wait to go home to sleep without being woke up!
