Lack of charging ports. There were none in the room. There was only 1 available wall outlet. And no in room coffee machine. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The in-room decorations made it feel more like home

Its always quiet there. So no housekeeping service arrived. They first knocked at 8am which was to early. We lefy our room at 920 am. Housekeeper in hallway. I mentioned that we just needed towels, toilet paper and the garbage taken. Well it didn't get done. Also 2 ceiling lights were burned out and there was a ceiling leak in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly. The room was quite clean. We heard noise from other rooms, though. Noise isolation is not the best.

Great value for price

Older hotel but well built, solid floors (not creaky) and I didn't feel bad about doing jumping jacks, ha IDK if there were just not many other guests on our floor, but we heard no noise from the hallway so soundproofing may be the best of any hotel we've stayed in Clean room; hot water stayed hot and temperature did not fluctuate during our showers Only 2 downsides: 1- bed was bouncy - you could get seasick when your partner sits down on it - but was comfortable and we slept well. Pillows were nice and soft (I hate the huge stiff pillows that so many hotels have now) 2- only 1 easily accessible outlet for charging devices. I get this would be a very difficult fix and I am OK with it. Overall well worth the price and we will stay there again

The hotel was good for a nights stay. Nothing was particularly bad, just a bit run down and the manual heating unit in the room didn't keep a consistent temperature (too hot). Breakfast was weak. Just a toaster for toast and waffles, and no orange juice... just apple juice. Cool BBQ restaurant withing walking distance.

Our room smelled very strong of bleach and the tv wasnt working correctly. They gave us another room immediately after I calked the front desk. I made my reservation in July for October. I aske for a first floor room at that time. They couldn't accommodate me with that when I arrived. I think 2 months in advance should have been enough time. The clerk didn't care to hear me about it and just kept saying well the elevator is right there.

Old hotel but still worth checking it out. Our heater did not work. Maintenance came and couldn't fix it and brought us a space heater. When hotel staff at desk found out they switched us to a new room! The biggest complaint I have is that the continental breakfast does not have decaf coffee. There has to be other people besides myself that drinks decaf. The girl working the breakfast was not helpful. I saw they had a Keruig in the back room and asked if I brought her a pod could she make me a cup of decaf. She said No, she couldn't make exceptions rudely.
