"Everything was top notch"

"The handle in my shower came off in the middle of my shower. I was able to put it back on to be able to turn it off. The handle on the bathroom door wasnt adjusted correctly so I didn't close the door fully."

"Stayed here for one night only, but they have done several updates and the room was great. Breakfast was good also. Close proximity to Frankenmuth and right near downtown Birch Run and all the shops! I’d definitely stay here again. "

"The cleanliness of the room was excellent…not to be outdone by the service though…the service was amazing absolutely hands-down outstanding!!! I have Parkinson's disease and they helped me out so much traveling solo has its downfalls when you have PD…however they made my stay so much better! God bless them"

"We showed up to the property to find out they had no reservation even though we made it over a month prior. So we had to stand around and wait for an hour so they could try to fix their mistake. Then the following night I went to go get food for me and my wife and showed back up to our room key not working. They tried to fix it and then tried to tell us they would fix it in the morning. That was at 9:30pm. We told the staff we needed our belongings because my wife is over 7 months pregnant and needed medication that was locked in there so they called maintenance and he said the same thing to wait until morning I said that is unacceptable so he decided he would drill the lock to our room. The manager then told him to wait until she got there and did not show up until midnight and acted like she was saving the day 3 hours after we were locked out of our room. Never will we stay there again. If you do decide to stay there bring all of your belongings everytime you leave the room even if it’s just to go across the street because if you get locked out they’ll try to get into it tomorrow not at the time of the problem."
