"The Cairn Hotel is a lovely hotel in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. Whilst my room wasn’t en-suite, my private toilet was 2 steps across the corridor - not big deal, but remember your key otherwise you're locked out of your room Dinner was excellent from a well appointed menu, I had the haggis lasagne which was very well presented, generously portioned, and served efficiently. "The brakfast and dinner was amazing, more than 5 stars. The huge parc was amazing too. The house with the sea view is perfect. The service was incredible good. The only thing I complain about is that the rooms and bathroom need to be renovated in his right old furniture style."

"Inside the hotel everything looks brand new. Spatious rooms. Free parking (you have to register the car at the reception). Restaurant is good and breakfast buffet generous (though not included). The staff vas very nice and helpful. They can call a cab for you to get into town - often there are some waiting at the airport so they'll come quickly. There is a train that goes into town but it runs once an hour so it requires some planning. Though it's next to the airport, it was very quiet"
