"Good stay"

"Staff were very friendly, but our room was not clean when we got there, floor had a big stain on it, could tell it hadn’t been swept in a while either, bathroom shower had stains and hair in it and toilet was definitely not spotless, counters/bedside tables were sticky had stains and had dust on them. We asked for our room to be cleaned the next day and it was better but still wasn’t great, only had swept the immediate walkways and some of the countertops were still dirty. They also don’t have a blow dryer in the rooms and only have 3 in the entire hotel. Not an awesome experience I probably won’t be back. "

"I arrived early in the afternoon, they told me the property was overbooked and that expedia should have called me. I scrambled to get a reservation at Comfort Inn, which was fine, but much more expensive because I had to do it that day"

"The tub was nasty. There was black nasty stuff in the corners of the shower. The toilet ran ALL night. A smoke alarm battery right outside our door beeped all night. The sheets and floor were clean and those were the only positives."

"The hotel was good, shuttle to airport great. I had two issues- the heat/ac unit was not working properly so the temp was chilly all night, blowing cold air all night and I could not turn it off either. Arriving late it was too late to bother with a room change late at night. Secondly, the temp control in the shower was sub par- I could only get lukewarm water. I was really looking for a hot shower after a cool night."

"THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Elisha and Eni are literally angels!! Our flight from DFW was cancelled. So we missed our checkin time by a long shot. They were so compassionate and accommodating. They allowed us to come anyway. We were exhausted. The hot tub and indoor pool is nice! Later, Lilly at the front desk was just as nice as Eni and Elisha. 10/10 recommend"

"We booked this hotel specifically for the kitchen. What is ridiculous there is nothing that comes in the kitchen. Not even a fork! So, you have to bring or buy (from the hotel downstairs in their market) plates, cups, silverware, pot, pan, etc….. I’m not understanding the “convenience” of the kitchen if NOTHING is supplied. Next time we will just stay at Home 2 Home or somewhere else. By the way, I did try to buy a sponge in their “market” and the staff told me they don’t carry that. So you carry all of the products to cook and eat, just not to clean the items. There was only 1 luggage cart that has seen better days! The top was broken and when you tried to use it the poles came apart… I know I’m talking about a luggage cart, but when traveling with a family this is important. "

"Free breakfast was decent. Staff was nice. The only thing I will say that it would have been nice to hang out at the lobby bar and watch some sports but no sound was being displayed on the TV. "
