"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. I ordered some food and I was offered microwave chicken and raw fish where I ordered a glass of wine , I was only offered a full bottle. Upon asking...

"It is a first class apartment with all the amenities one could imagine. We loved the rooftop lap pool and hot tub. The bathroom is amazing. The parking is ample on the street and free! Our room was spotless and we appreciated having our laundry done by Marta while we were out exploring museums and the nearby forest. The location is ideal, especially close to the futbol stadium. "Excellent apartment hotel in a beautiful setting. Communication with hotel staff was fabulous - they were kind and helpful. I was in room 401 and despite arriving after reception closed, I was given detailed instructions for self check-in. Being that it's low season, it was quiet and many things weren't operating as normal but that's fine for a quick weekend trip."
