Carnac hotel and spa stay

A really first class experience. The location on the edge of Carnac plage with its bars, restaurants and fabulous beach only a 5 minute walk away is great. All the Brittany attractions within easy motoring distance. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. W C is separate from the bathroom. Alleluia! The heated pool and spa was great though somewhat busy on a summer weekend. The breakfast experience is just lovely as you overlook the salt lakes. Can’t recommend too highly.

It was fine for a short stay.

Room an adequate size - clean and comfortable with newly refitted bathroom, location fairly good, staff helpful. The hotel is quite airy - nicer-looking from the inside than it appears in the outside. Free parking on site is very handy. The saltwater swimming pool "complex" is tired looking and shonky and a slightly weird experience. The breakfast is overpriced. We didn't take any treatments, as they were full up - book them in advance if you are visiting at peak times like us. It was all fine, but you kind of understand why it is available when everywhere else is booked up.

Fantastic Hotel in Carnac

We reserved a superior room with views of the salt marsh and it was of excellent quality. On entering the hotel there is a fantastic aroma and it’s obvious the hotel has undergone some refurbishments fairly recently. The reception staff were helpful and very efficient, we ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and the quality of our meal was also of a high standard. The Spa is currently being refurbished and should reopen later in 2025. Car parking is easy and pretty plentiful, the location of the hotel is just a short level walk to the beach and a few minutes further to shops and a selection of restaurants. Very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

Un séjour décevant

Notre chambre était très exiguë. Nous avions une micro-terrasse avec une table et deux chaises mais l’une d’entre elle était extrêmement sale. La salle de bain est très petite. Le personnel est peu attentionné et nous donne plus le sentiment d’être dans une caserne que dans un hôtel. Les produits du petits déjeuner sont peu qualitatifs. Cela n’est pas vraiment ce que l’on attend d’un établissement à 4 étoiles. Les espaces extérieurs du spa marins sont petits et peu propices à la détente. Nous ne reviendrons pas

Hôtel à proximité de la grande plage, des petits commerces et des restaurants. Personnel très sympathique et au petits soins. L'hôtel est chic. Seul bémol, il serait bien de changer les moquettes pour lui redonner un coup de jeune Je recommande vivement

Bien, mais…

Séjour globalement très satisfaisant. Problème : le hammam était HS et nous n’avons pas été informés auparavant. Autre remarque : l’hôtel aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement.
