"We were a couple who stayed the first night in a 3 single beds room, and the other three nights we were in a private room with a large bed.
One issue is that there is only one singular outlet in the rooms. In the private room, we only had one free electrical outlet which was in the bathroom. We had to disconnect the TV in order to have any outlet in the bedroom. We really feel this is inadequate, especially in bedroom with more than two beds.
On the day we left we found bugs under the bedside cube. I also had multiple bites on my leg, luckily they were not itchy so I don't know what they were. They were NOT bedbugs.
There is no facility to iron at all, not a single iron on the whole property
They staff was really friendly and helpful over all, even when faced with large groups who were waiting to check in they were very professional, kind and helpful, 5 starts for any staff interaction.
We would definitely stay again but would really wish they would install more outlets and stay on top of ants/bugs.
All towels and beddings were clean.
We didn't eat from their restaurant or use the pool so we have no comments to share."
"We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our time in Florence!
The location was perfect — we were so close to everything and could easily walk everywhere, which made exploring the city so easy.
The rooftop bar had great views of the city.
One of our favourite parts of the stay was the concierge service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they gave us some amazing recommendations for dinners and shopping that we wouldn’t have found on our own.
We had such a great experience from start to finish and can’t recommend this hotel enough. We would 100% stay here again the next time we’re in Florence!"
"Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are kept great. The breakfast and reataurant had tasty food. Great place for for first time Italy vacation."
"Elegant, safe, relaxing property set in residential neighborhood away from the Firenze crowds. But still very close walking distance or tram stop to Duomo, Uffizzi, Academia, Ponte Vechio etc. Beautiful classic + modern decor with lovely gardens for apertivo. AC worked very well and comfortable bed - very restful stay after all the tours and walking. Breakfast is exceptional - delicious, fresh, bountiful with many selections to suit all palettes. Plus great local restaurants and shops within two blocks of property. Felt like I was in a lovely private residence with all the comfort and amenities of an upscale and welcoming home. Highly recommend to property."
