"My only issue was with the noise level between rooms. Very noisy neighbor had music/TV on very loud all 5 nights we were there! Seems like insulation between room walls would have been a priority, but that doesn’t seem to be the case."

"Our overall stay was terrible. There was no hot water in the showers. The walls between rooms are not insulated well from noise. Everyone’s kids could be heard screaming and running around. The elevator door would sometimes stick. There was no soap in the bathroom of the pool. The breakfast was the one good thing about the stay."

"The room and hotel was filthy. The room was very spacious but looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. There was hair (we all know the kind I speak of) in the shower and on the shower toiletries. Dust everywhere….and unfortunately the staff was not very warm. Many of the staff had family and what I assume were significant others around while they were working. For instance went to the front to get some towels for the pool and was told I had to wait so she could help her brother. We were...

"The hotel was a great place to stay in Utah. It was convenient to the airport and great restaurants and things to do. The room was spacious with a sitting area. Hotel kept very clean. Staff was very friendly. The spa was excellent. I had a great massage. The pool was busy in the early afternoon but then cleared out and very relaxing. The staff at the pool was attentive . The coffee shop was so quaint and the perfect start to the day. Overall excellent hotel. I would recommend."

"When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine."

"They have the best hotel breakfast I've had in Utah. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and well-stocked, and there was always plenty of variety. We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. Although our usual two-bedroom suite was unavailable and we were initially assigned the wrong room, the front desk fixed the issue right away.
