"Only complaint room was downstairs below ground level and felt a bit damp, including the beds when you got in at night didn't sleep well. Had to get a couple of unwanted spiders removed. However although a lick of paint was needed it was clean enough, the bathroom looked recently refurbished. It is conveniently situated, eateries near by and the bus stop to city centre right outside. The staff were very nice very helpful, and the the breakfast was lovely, best I've had in any hotel!"

"Great location just a block off the pedestrian only city centre walking areas. Really good for parking too - underground lot entered into from behind the hotel just be ready for those wicked switchbacks going from floor to floor.
