Took our son to LEGOLAND. The private entrance was the key here. The food at Westin was good. Pet friendly. Brought our dog with us. Would stay here again.

-Our room toilet kept running every 10 minutes at night. :( -Toilet paper holder was broken -Guest on the top floor from our room, decided start walking around their room at 3am too and didn’t stop till we had to leave our room for the day. ☹

I absolutely love this property all around! I was a little disappointed this last visit when the sheets were clearly visible and dirty from some food being spilled and the housekeeper used the same bedding to remake the bed. I was under the assumption these would have been changed with clean sheets. Other that that, this place is amazing!

Plan to pay another $100 per night for resort fee ($35) and parking ($43) plus taxes on top of your room rate. This hotel needs serious overhaul remodeling from bathtub is old and moldy to toilet paper holder is not even functional. Room decor is mix-matched and outdated. I asked for a bowl and some silverware on one evening. The room service person brought me a cup! He said I needed to go back down to front desk and asked for bowls as he doesn't have one... I don't know why a Westin hotel can't provide a bowl and some silverwares to their customer??? Will not stay here again. What a rip off and terrible customer service.

Disappointed at best
We arrived at 315 and were told room not ready. We waited in lobby til 4 and asked again they said no 30 more minutes even though I recd an email to check in early. They offered me an “upgrade” from 2 kings to 2 queens for 20 dollars extra. That’s definitely not an upgrade when we reserved that hotel FOR the two kings! I said no we Will wait. Someone came back at 445 with a room key for two queens and said they’d waive the fee. We did not want two queens! My sister arrived at 5 and had no problem getting checked in to her two kings. The queens (seemed like fulls) and were not like the kings we’d slept in before at this hotel. My back and neck have been messed up all day. This was a huge disappointment and we have stayed here in the past but if this is how they run things, we will likely not be back. and the “upgrade” was a handicap room which I wouldn’t recommend for people who don’t need that kind of room. There is no shower curtain and the water goes EVERYWHERE even if you are very careful. Not sure what happened to the room we were supposed to have but this trip was completely disappointing. My husband stays in hotels weekly for work and this was worse than any experience he’s had in his 12 years of working out of town

The room was large, the bed comfy, but the room wouldn’t heat up property. The $35 per day for self parking outside seems high and was’nt clearly shown on the website.

Positives- Room was a good size and clean. Bell hops were accommodating. Hotel overall smelled good and was clean. Negatives- Staff acted inconvenienced when asked simple questions. We tried the restaurant and sat there for a while before anyone came to our table while tables around us were served. There are spiders everywhere around the property.

Unfortunately, there is only one chair in the room. There used to be a chaise lounge, but no longer. There is also no bench to lay suitcase to unpack. It’s nice to have seating for two without having to sit on the bed. Furniture arrangement is poor for such a nice hotel.

The property was good but the service was very much lacking. Called quite a few times to the front desk but no one answers the phone. I was really surprised. I asked for extra pillows and nothing came after an hour. I called a few more times and no one came. I also called in the morning to check out and no one answered the phone.
