Looks new, very clean, close to Cavern National Park, huge room, breakfast, free ice and comfortable bed. Had 4 pillows for a queen size bed but they’re all small.

One of the nicer quality Inn'. Carlsbad has some great food options and the caverns are not far.

Don't get a room street side, it's the freeway through town and very noisy. Also, make sure you're not by the stairs as people go up and down all night. Very noisy stay, little sleep, couldn't give us another room.

I didn't like that there was a roach in the bathroom. It was the only one we saw but, it made for an uncomfortable stay.

The staff was nice, the place was extremely clean, and the breakfast area was very clean. I would recommend an update on bathroom features like shower head and toilets. A bathroom fan would also be nice.

Great location on end of town closest to Caverns. Lots of dining options along the same street. Rooms were nice and clean. Gal at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Only one complaint is the coffee machine didn’t work so coffee was in a pump thermos. No decaf option.

A quick overnight, but everything was good. Room clean and neat & friendly service. We left before the hot food service started for breakfast at 7 AM, but the attendant was kind and helped make sure we did have all the other options available to us. Thanks for a pleasant stay! Internet was slow, but typical of hotel systems.

We were very disappointed in the quality of our stay. There was hair in the bathtub, on the floor, and in the dresser. The material on the chair to the desk was coming apart and the plastic on the disposable cups had holes in it—maybe that’s purposeful, I’m not sure. Staff were helpful and willing to come clean the bathtub since another room was not available/. I used a makeup wipe to clean the hard surfaces in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was good. This experience would definitely make me think twice before booking another night with Quality Inn. If you are able to provide any compensation for our stay, that would be greatly appreciated.

The floor in the shower needs attention. There is a covering glued to the floor that has mybe rust stains or maybe something else but is not applealing to step on. You did have a rubber throw in mat but that doesnt remove the thought of what you might under it. Also the coffee maker in the room doesnt work properly, first cup came out just clear water. Second run was tinted water.

Great place to stay while visiting the Caverns. Great value for the money. Hotel came with a good size mini fridge and microwave. Front desk was friendly, room was clean and roomy, bed was fine. I recommend the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel close to Carlsbad caverns and Guadalupe mountains. Staff is very helpful and friendly . The rooms were nice but the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was decent but when we went most the stuff was not available like eggs and sausages and no one was refilling.
