"Das Zimmer war generell sauber, allerdings mangelt es an Kleinigkeiten die aber durchaus nicht unwichtig sind. Nachttischlampen und die Fernbedienung vom Ferseher fehlten komplett. Außerdem war der Schlauch der Duschbrause undicht. Das sollte nicht nur uns als Gästen sondern auch dem Personal beim saubermachen auffallen. "

"Großes Hotel mit Bar, Frühstück und großem Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, allerdings nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Flure im Hotel sehr lang und kompliziert, außerdem nicht barrierefrei. Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man wird persönlich empfangen und fühlt sich sehr geborgen. Das Frühstück ist etwas hektisch und unspektakulär."

"The location was an easy walk from the town centre. The staff were really good, especially in the breakfast room where we arrived just as they were packing up. They still provided us with an excellent breakfast. The room was spacious & comfortable. There is no air conditioning which meant we had the windows open and the noise from outside was loud. "This is an unmanned hotel. You must use your phone with an app to get in. The rooms are small but have most of what you'll need. The automatic lights in the bathroom are Horrible!! in the middle of the night when you have to go the bathroom. UGH. Definitely close to all amenities and the castle grounds. The Left Bank was a great bar."

"The check-in was very smooth. The staff member showed us through the property including the smoking area, public washrooms, the breakfast area and our room. It’s upstairs from a pub so we needed all that information to find the amenities. He showed us where to park the car for the night. A full Irish breakfast was included and it was wonderful.
