"everything was wonderful! even though it was expensive, it is the best hotel in Carlisle. There was one staff member, Rebecca in the front desk that was having a bad day. Other than that, it was perfect."

"We liked the suite we stayed in. The access into the hotel was limited to just the main lobby. It was a little inconvenient when we let our dog out to have to walk around the building to get back in. Also, we were charged the full room rate, even though I booked through Expedia and had rewards that should have been apples."

"When you approach it, it is hidden. You have to drive through a torn up and derelict property to reach it. My friend referred it to a burned out ghetto and didn't want to stay. I missed the cancelation date so we stayed. The building needed maintenance on the outside. Inside you were welcomed by friendly staff, new carpet and fresh paint. The room was sparce with mismatched furniture. The hvac worked great."

"The room smelled as soon as we entered like cigarettes had to spray perfume in order for us to make it through the night. The bathroom tub was disguising like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The sheets didn’t look cleaned I saw blood stains on the sheets I had to go buy sheets from the store in order to sleep."

"it was horrible, roaches everywhere in the room. asked to switch to a different room and that room was even worse! the floors were extremely dirty, the towel and wash clothes provided were yellow. they were supposed to be white and clean. it was the worst motel i’ve ever stayed in. roaches infested my bags and even crawled on me during sleep. i got out of there. the staff wasn’t helpful at all."

"Do not get a smoking room. It was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the ceiling light in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling ready to crash on top of me. The room reeked and made all of my clothes stink. I only got the smoking room because I vape medical marijuana, but at that point I would’ve gone to my car every time if that meant getting a better room.
