I had partiers one night though the rules are quiet by 10pm. They screamed, shouted, laughed loudly until at least 3am. I hated the AC, blasting on to control room temp. But I never like that in hotels.

If you are driving through Carleton Place or need a place to stay this is the place for you. The staff are incredible they are extremely kind and hospitable. I didn't get the chance to get the names of everyone but special shout out to Dreamie and Pranash for always being so awesome as well as the house keeping and breakfast staff! I really appreciate you.

The heat didn’t work in our room, the fan was just blowing cold air. When we called the front desk, her answer was “we don’t have anyone around to check it out” - and that was that. We’re the ones that had to ask to be moved to another room.

Clean, safe, quiet staff friendly, included breakfast was so so, not a lot of choice. Parking is good, room was comfortable, the one thing that got me irate was the $200. deposit, it's a small town, I am an elderly person on my own what damage am I gonna do.

Hello Danielle Thank you for staying with us. The security deposit is released upon check-out, this is a common practice in this industry the location doesn't matter, and not long ago we had an elderly person staying with us who damaged our TV, so the rules must apply to all.

Clean and comfortable facilities, excellent breakfast, staff was courteous and helpful. Pool is very small and surroundings are dull but if you just want a good place for an overnight stay, this is ideal.

Woke up to screaming and fighting of other guests in room right next door. Spoke to staff and they said yes we are aware. Asked them why they would assign me a room right beside guests with a known issue. Hotel is nice and new but staff should have really taken better care when assigning rooms.

Hello Dianna That day was the first time the issue happened. The staff meant that they were aware because they went up and talked to the guests and not that this was a recurrent matter. In any case, I would like to apologize for those guests' behavior, we called the cops and they were evicted.

Staff was friendly upon arrival, room key was provided promptly and we were provided with the room we had asked for. Breakfast was better than expected the next morning, eggs and sausage could have been warmer though. One night only, quiet stay and good clean facility with helpful and friendly staff.

The room was great but I stayed two days and made notice to clean the room. When I came back it looked the exact same bathroom wasn't cleaned, bed not made, garbages were the only thi g that got taken out by the look of it. Other than that the hotel is very good, lobby and breakfast very nice too.

Snow dumping operations were in effect in the empty lot next to the hotel. Dump trucks were clanking their liftgates all night long. I did not sleep at all even after moving rooms at 2 AM.

We picked this hotel because it’s brand new and from the outside it looks amazing. It was beautiful and clean but unfortunetly that’s where the good review ends. There is ZERO sound proofing in this place. When I tell you I could fully hear every conversation happening in rooms around us I’m not exaggerating. We could hear every single footstep made in the room above us and every single door closing. Nightmare for trying to sleep. And the beds.. if you want a backache this is the place for you. Yikes. Never again.
