"I cant say enough good stuff about this place. Staff is friendly.. helpful.. efficient. The courtyard is stunning! The pool is clean and warm.. nice hot tub. Great price for the stay. We even had to stay an extra night due to poor weather and they were happy to accomidate."

All were spotless, the staff didn't bother me when requested (Lethbridge), breakfast was good and the Lethbridge hallway carpeting was awesome. Could you do something about the weather?
