"All in all this is a very good hotel. We stayed in a junior suite which had a Nespresso machine, nice gowns, a very nice shower and a huge comfortable bed. It might be nice if the hotel provides some moisturiser as my wife expected that a hotel at this level would. A couple of areas of the room were slightly dusty but nothing too much. "Unfortunately we arrived on an extremely hot today to be told the air conditioning was not working and there was a fan in our room. The a/c was expected to be fixed the following day but this did not happen and it was out for the 3 nights we were there. The room was really warm and it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. "The staff were helpful, the environment was clean, and the stay was generally peaceful with no disturbances. However, we were disappointed with the swimming pool facilities for families with children. There was no separate pool for kids, and the main pool was 1.3 metres deep. Surprisingly, the hotel had designated this pool for family and children's swimming sessions between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., which did not seem practical or safe.
