"Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. "

"Fun pools and great free breakfast loved the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We have come here for many years. Was very disappointed in the low rise building this trip. Liked our room but access to beach and pool is very poorly designed. Longer walk than necessary around pools our through parking lots for towels pool access and food. Should be direct access from elevator to the pool. "

"Room, staff and beach were terrific. Now to the negatives. The hotel charges $20 a day for guests to park which in itself is offensive. The general public (non guests) can park in the hotel parking lot as well for $20. So non guests pay the same amount to park as guests and take up parking spaces of paid guests. My first day there I sat in my car for over an hour waiting for a parking spot to open up. How does that make sense???? Hotel guests pay $11 per beach chair and umbrella. So 2 chairs...

"Great place to stay, close to Sanibel and Fort Myers without the price tag. Room was great with separate bedroom area, kitchen with full size fridge freezer and balcony. The best part was breakfast, the ladies who looked after breakfast are excellent, brought freshly baked cookies out each morning and took them round table to table. So much choice, scrambled eggs AND feta/spinach omelettes, sausage, all types of cereal and granola, waffles, muffins, scones, fresh fruit yogurt and more! The...

"We had an amazing time here! Great location! Kayaked every morning and saw manatees! Outside Breakfast was wonderful , so many options , cereals, egg sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, bananas, apples, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juices, toast. Pool was great, staff was great, loved our stay !!"
