They explained the best places to go, helped us book a dinner reservation, as well as a tour of the amalfi coast, and explained where everything was in the hotel. The room we had was downstairs (bare that in mind if carrying heavy luggage) and was only accessible by stairs. We didn't mind, as it gave us privacy and had a great sea view. The...
