Front desk staff were extremely helpful from booking tours to shuttle to airport to delivering towels after hours. Breakfast was delicious with a huge buffet style set up, included in our package.

"Highly recommend!!! Amazing Hotel! We stayed 2 nights. The hotel receptionist especially Yunos, and other men were so kind and nice. They provided us everything we need, and our Airport shuttle(12 GO company) bus didn’t come on the way back to airport from hotel and refund, but the hotel receptionist man called a taxi immediately and we made it to Kaiser airport on time.
