"My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."

The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "We stayed three nights at the B&B and did day trips to Catania itself as well as Syracuse. The host had some great recommendations and took interest in what we were planning and did. The location of the B&B is quite outside of Catania which also meant that dining options by foot were a bit limited. The breakfast was wonderful. "
