"Great hotel at the price, very convenient if you're taking the ferry to Cebu. The restaurant breakfast is basic but hey it's free.
The only drawbacks to the property are the high priced restaurants on the property but that's not the hotels problem."

"The hotel is decent and the staff are very helpful. It is a short walk from Robinson's shopping center however the road between them is foul smelling due to sewage and a dead animal. It is nice a breakfast was included however it was quite plain. There are water fountains in the hallways, Aircon in the room and free wifi"

"Our room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, no enough toilet paper (no extra inside the bathroom), towels look old and my son had bed bugs bite. The staff who accommodate us at check out time is too slow to handle difficult task. The deposit money was lost and was not able to do immediate payment. "Morning staff was so unhelpful while asking for help the lady just turned and started helping the next person. So rude!
Security guard offered a taxi off the fare meter which is bad. Tried to jack the price up on me thinking i was a tourist probably.
Either way this place is horrible for any service if needed. Wont ever come back here."
