"Check in was smooth and fast. Staff were very attentive and accomodating to our needs and requests. The rooms were ready and clean. Very nice swimming pools. Love the beach access. Breakfast was one of the best we had on this trip. Great staff from check in and and everywhere. ."

"it is conveniently situated near McDonalds, Orange Julius which are two reliable restaurants, and Mercury Drug and Rose Pharmacy, two of the island's dependable pharmacies. If you're booking because you need to be near the hospitals, it is near Chong Hua and Cebu Doctors. It is also near the pick-up/drop-off point for free-ride-bus-to-SM Seaside. There is no complimentary breakfast included but they serve free brewed coffee on the 6th floor which offers an open window view of the mountain. I did not see any foreigners. I don't know why. The staff act professionally. Not too eager. Not nonchalant either.. I have stayed here numerous times, the cheapest rooms do not have windows. They are not bad at all but if you are the type that needs natural lighting, choose the room i got. Room 406 has a view of the new BDO Tower. Brightly lit in the evening."

"All staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is very convenient to restaurants, cafes, stores and even hospital. Overall it is great place to stay. Was just surprised that there was a stain in the towels in the bathroom, no face towels and tv does not connect to wifi. We're t a deal breaker but very unfortunate that the spa and thengym were unavailable during the week we were there 😕"
