"I came to this hotel with a friend for a zen retreat. The space is brand new and well designed but the staff seemed a little inexperienced and like they are still figuring things out. The sauna was broken which was something we were looking forward to. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms are not very sound proof for anyone who is a sensitive sleeper. The robes in the room was a nice touch. Overall a good stay and great value for weekday rate but I would have...

"More food options would be nice. We stayed during the week, so the only restaurant open was in the casino and they close at 8! The high end restaurant is only open weekends. The small food and beverage option was a small room next to check in. Coffee other drinks, cereal was only option."

"Front Desk person was very friendly and efficient. Got us checked in early. Room was clean and maintained. Comfortable beds! TV cable did not work well. guide not lined up with the TV channels on the TV. I forget a pillow and you were helpful in retrieving it from my room and having it at the desk for pick up by a friend of mine. Breakfast was good value for overall price paid. As was the guest room. Thank you. "

"We stay every year around to this time and this year they tore down the restaurant, which was amazing. The rooms were not clean and breakfast was mediocre at best. This is not the way it was in the past. Not sure if we will come back next year because the facility has gone downhill. "
