"We booked a 5 person cabin. We never had enough towels and had to ask every night when we got back for more. We also got charged more upon check in and they said Expedia would flag it as a scam. "

"The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in was easy and there’s lots of parking on the property. We had a wonderful stay here on our last night in Iceland!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."

"Room was good as usual but always missig the possibility to open a window. Was suprised being charged for a City Tax at the property as there is no such Tax In Iceland! "

Everything is extra charge, if you need paper towels or fresh towels without musty smell. Cuatomer services rude and absent. Stay away."

"Very unique Hotel in a stunning location, staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had a panoramic corner suite with stunning views to wake up to. Great location for seeing the lights with not too much light pollution. We ate in the Hotel both nights and the food was delicious. Highly recommended."
