And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). "< 5 stars : - food choices were basic / often ran out early of popular choices - some staff appeared annoyed to deal with someone English speaking - maybe create a separate coffee station because often staff cannot serve or notice everyone; weekends when local families come led to a larger staff to client ratio so I just didn't bother waiting to be served - lack of shaded seat options at the beach; beach not great for people who enjoy swimming > 3 stars - quiet and pretty beach or ocean facing suites - nice concierge for day trips albeit options limited - front desk did their best to accommodate English speaking guest - good drinks at the beach hut Overall a decent place to stay. Mostly courteous enough, mostly enough of everything. Glad they had a vending machine."
