There is construction and a building/condo being built attached to the hotel so can be loud in the rooms and early morning as of March 2025. Beyond that which you can’t control 10/10 and staff was so accommodating and wonderful. Definitely would recommend and nice location.

Nice beach location , although it was only partial sea views , great walkways on the sea point boulevard, great restaurants nearby , roof top pool and bar very cool , modern boutique hotel vibes a round , liked it a lot !
