La Splendia has a great location with ocean views and access to coastal trail. Staff was friendly but breakfast service slow. The elevator (lift) was broken the whole 3 days we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, ocean views right out front. Was my favorite stay while in town. Restaurant on site was great with incredible staff who are very attentive. Hotel Staff was also very kind, and accommodating. Will be coming back again!

Lovely location with beautiful views. Friendly and helpful staff and a great and convenient restaurant and bar on the property. Parts of the property are a little dated and in need of some general repairs and maintenance. Guest lift out of service for maintenance for the full 3 days of our stay.

Great place to stay in a great location.

Great hotel in a great location, with very friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great food and drinks as well as live music on a Sunday. A healthy mix of locals and tourists in the bar and restaurant makes for a great atmosphere. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back.

The place rests on its laurels, new hotel management seems to not care about its clients and gets stuck in micromanagement and bureaucracy.

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our stay. Our first room overlooking the seafront we preferred ! Loved being able to have a cuppacino downstairs at Sotano . The staff were very helpful especially when we needed a ride and Uber wasn’t available for 45 minutes!! Used Unicab instead!

A hotel of average quality. No frills. If you want a quiet room, I suggest you don't choose the ocean view. Our room was over the restaurant with a busy street in front. It was quite noisy. A few things didn't work very well. For instance part of the dead bolt was broken and couldn't be used from the inside of the room. The bright spot was the staff: friendly and helpful.

Tivemos uma otima estadia. O hotel é um pouco antigo e o quarto precisa de atualização. Dito isso, para mim foi otimo. Boas roupas dd cama. Cama grande e confortavel. Excelente localização. Cafe da manha extraordinário, porem a la carte. Pode demorar um pouco entre pedir e comer. No geral foi um otimo custo benefício. Para mim valeu muito a pena.
