"The Taj Cape Town owes us nothing but a return stay whenever we are in Cape Town again! We experienced top tier 10/10 service, support, surprise and the food! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and from the moment we arrived it was splendid. We got help from the car, a warm towel, and the room was just everything including the complimentary bottle of wine. All during our staff they provided romantic set up, desserts in our room, a romantic bath set up...and AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. The coolest thing were the bracelets we received upon arrival made by survivors of domestic violence. As a Director at a nonprofit that work with survivors of domestic violence, this made me glad we had chosen the Taj. The food...my goodness!!! Dinner, the lounge and breakfast were all amazing, the staff attentive and wonderful. Shameeza, was amazing at welcoming us and making sure our stay was wonderful. The location is great and very close to many things in the area. Car serbice through them is a bit expensive so we booked our own rides. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave."
