Awesome view and great location

Fantastic view and really spacious appartment with a short walk to restaurants and central areas of Cape Town. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient Safe Apartment Location

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment: balcony with clothes dry area, dining (bbq) and living area. Hotel quality sheets, plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry soap, body wash. Shampoo, toilet paper. This unit is on the top floor where the rooftop pool and gym are. Very windy. Amazing view from Table Mountain to Lions Head to Citadel Hill from gym balcony. Great Panoramic View. 24 hour Security staff, friendly and helpful. OK Minimart 1 block away with all groceries, wine etc. Woolworth food store 15 minute walk. Many Superettes and liquor stores all around. Food Lovers Market was great for fresh produce and other groceries, 5 minute walk. Property is across street from Truth Coffee, and Swan Cafe for breakfast options. Miller's Thumb restaurant has great fresh fish and seafood 20 minute walk. Ubers are very reasonably priced. Miller's to Apartment was $4 CAD.

Il fut sans doute luxueux ... mais il y a 15 ans !

Accueil déplorable car on ne nous avait pas fourni le code de la boite à clés. Ne parlant pas anglais, impossible de s'expliquer avec l'agent d'accueil ... Refus de nous donner l'accès au wifi avant l'enregistrement, ce qui nous aurait permis d'accéder en ligne à notre réservation. Une heure d'attente pour que quelqu'un arrive avec les clés ... Pas de sièges pour s'asseoir : nous avons 76 et 78 ans ! Un jeune couple nous a précisé avoir eu le même problème lors de son arrivée et avoir été contraint daller chercher les clés ailleurs ! L'appartement est spacieux, clair et confortable. Cependant, à la place du piano, nous aurions préféré avoir un équipement correct pour la cuisine. Tout est jeté en vrac dans les placards et tiroirs, la cafetière à piston est endommagée (grille à changer), la baignoire balneo ne fonctionne pas, la poële est vieille et sale, la semelle du fer à repasser est brûlée, etc ... Mais le linge de lit et de toilette sont de grande qualité. Pas de climatisation mais appartement très ventilé. Il serait neanmoins souhaitable d'équiper la porte d'entrée avec un joint de caoutchouc pour éviter de l'entendre taper pendant des heures lorsque le vent se lève. Coût modique qui changerait la vie des locataires ! Pour conclure, cet appartement est super si vous y venez seulement pour dormir. Mais achetez des plats cuisinés et n'espérez pas vous prélasser dans les bulles en rentrant d'excursion. Donc autant louer une simple chambre d'hôtel !
