Great location, basic but very clean, amenities like hairdryers are available from the check-in desk, great coffee and breakfast buns, comfy bed, great shower, decent beer, and really helpful and friendly staff. Even has a nice balcony to sit with your coffee and watch the people walk on Long Street. I’d stay here again!
Daddy Long Legs Art Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Cape Town, providing easy walking access to many popular sites, great restaurants, parks, museums, night life, and popular tour buses around the Cape Town area and beyond. The hotel is very clean, the staff incredibly helpful, friendly, and available in person 24 hours a day. I thoroughly enjoyed this charming hotel.

Friendly staff. Basic accommodation but clean and comfortable
The hotel had a quirky boutique vibe about that I really liked. The staff, Buzwe and Money in particular, were both very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back there when I’m next in Cape Town.
I had a great experience at this property, mostly due to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond at every turn.
My bathroom shower could have been cleaner and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable but the room was spacious and the decor was creative.
Be cautious walking around the area at night but there are plenty of great options for food, coffee and drinks within a few minutes walk.
Very friendly staff who carried my bag upstairs to the room as no lifts.
The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious with a desk and chair, hanging space and I loved the arty decor in the room. It was very quiet. Tea, coffee and jug in the room but also free coffee and fresh muffin each morning for breakfast in lounge area near reception. Free choice of a beer, wine or cider from the bar on arrival was great too. I found the location great with the Hop on hop off sightseeing bus stop in Long Street too just a couple of blocks away, also the starting point for 2 free walking tours. I felt safe in the area.
Very friendly and charming small boutique hotel on Longstreet. Very service minded staff who offers plenty of good and useful advice on what to do, where to go, and what to eat to name a few things. Stayed for 4 nights and will definitely go back if visiting Cape again.
Generally a nice enough hotel at a reasonable price. Sound carries a lot though, and I was woken up multiple times through the night as people walked down the hallway or were chatting downstairs. Because of this, I probably wouldn't stay again.
Bear in mind there is no elevator, so you may have to carry your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.
Hi, my stay at your hotel was very pleasing except the fact that I had to get up at 04:16 to complain about the noise levels. Also would you consider equipping your rooms with microwave, bar fridge and tv? I was in Beingmak1

Micro-ondes disponible, pseudo cuisine sommaire…
(J’ignorais qu’ils offraient quelques petites viennoiserie/biscuits le matin tôt, je n’en ai pas profité les premiers jours!)
Entrée sécurisée.
