The bathroom was even worse—mold on the tiles, broken fixtures, and a persistent foul odor. Every single amenity they claimed to have was broken or missing. The whole place felt like a health hazard. Save yourself the misery—don’t stay here."

"Just skip this place. Its not a family friendly environment. It's located in a very sketchy part of town. I left as soon as I checked in. I did not feel safe. Dirty sheets, a vial of used I don't know what, questionable people and acts occurring on and around the property...nobody cared. "

"The only thing nice was pet friendly. The room was disgusting. Looked liked poop smeared on the ceiling, blood stain splattered in the bathroom wall and by one of the beds. Food and sticky stuff in the end table drawers, toilet never flushed properly, the floor was black and sticky and walls had looked like dry boogers. The only decent staff was one gal that I only saw once and that was the night before I left. When I alerted the one staff about the room she stared at me like she could care...

"While Expedia was a HUGE help the property itself was a disappointment. Upon entering the room the first night we realized how “stale” the room was with no airflow. We turned on the ac immediately to help and overlooked dirty carpet and mold on ceiling in bathroom. We didn’t stay in the room much, but on our checkout day we noticed at least a 3” mushroom growing from the carpet on the 3rd floor. Overall it just didn’t feel clean or comforting."

"They fsiled to inform me that they were having issue with insects… throughout the property until I demanded a refund… I had to hang my bags up in the closet.."

"Out of date and fall apart, the included breakfast is a joke. Zero amenities there were gaps so big at the top and the bottom of the door that you could look out the door with the door closed used luggage to block the gap at the bottom of the door so that nothing would crawl in when I first saw the place in person I tried to cancel the reservation. There was no refund once the reservation is paid. and the smell when we walk in front to check in is odd/bad wouldn’t stay there again"

"The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to...

"Fair stay for the money. Security claims door locked 24/7. Out of the 3 entrances I saw, two were held open with a rock. "

"I stayed here with two other people for a quick weekend trip. Off of first impression when walking into the room, we noticed fixtures that were damaged and the floor was not very clean. There were also some stains on a chair in the room. During our stay, each day the key card that grants access to the room would no longer work and we had to replace it three times. They also have a very strict towel/linen policy. I also had requested for no one to enter our room for the duration of our stay, but...
