The property is convenient to the medical center which is what I needed. The room was comfortable however more attention needs to be paid to detail cleaning especially in the bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty with urine and there was no toilet paper.

I was quite impressed with the electronic key system and the automation of the lights and fan with entry/exit (presence in the room). The breakfast was lovely and it was the most comfortable sleep I've had in Ghana--the mattress was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to restaurants was reasonable. There was a small fridge in the room, but there was no electrical point where it was located. No big deal because we slid it close to the nightstand and plugged it in there. It was an excellent one night stay. It was within close proximity to Elmina & Cape Coast Castles. I'll stay again and recommend this hotel to others. They were kind enough to keep our bags while we were out sightseeing. The staff was quite helpful and courteous.

I highly recommend Balance Sheet Hotel. The owner and the staff are phenomenal! We arrived late after touring Cape Coast Castle and Kakum National Park. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners, Kweku, and the receptionist, Nathaniel. Our rooms were already available. The staff helped us with our luggage from the car and ensured that we had everything we needed. I asked for an extra sheet; Nathaniel quickly assisted. He is a gem. Very friendly and accommodating. I absolutely loved him and his thoughtfulness. The following morning we received breakfast. Delicious! Eggs, toast, tea for me. My friend also ordered the same plus banana. Oats were also available. I cannot say enough about this place. The hotel is only one month old with 8 guest rooms. The rooms were emmaculate. My room had a king size bed although it is advertised as queen. There is a mini fridge, desk, and flat screen TV also. It is so close and convenient to the castle. The hotel is enclosed in a security gate with an attendant. Very safe although the entire area seemed safe and was very beautiful. Lastly the owner was very informative. We asked for recommendations in the area and also Kumasi. He was a great asset. If you are seeking a fabulous hotel, visit this place. And the rates are very reasonable!

It is a new hotel just under two months. Staffs were very nice, understanding, and accommodated all our needs. The rooms and washrooms are pretty decent in size.
