The best part was the employees… Walid at breakfast, Achraf and Omaima at front desk and especially Lobna, the hostess at the restaurant. They were so warm, friendly and helpful. "By far one of my worse stay ever. In Tunisia this had to be the worse ever. Service was bad. Staff unwelcoming and the hotel seems 40 years old. In addition my room and the bathroom were dirty. I’ll skip the details. "
