Absolutely fantastic hotel, superb staff, so helpful. Evening entertainment really good for an adult hotel. As I needed gluten free food the choice was excellent for a buffet style and staff all very well informed. Spa was fabulous. Very convenient for a short walk to the town along the promenade. Overall an excellent stay

Really well-run hotel with outstanding service from all the staff I interacted with who were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. My room was lovely with a great sea view and balcony. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable and I was even asked what pillows I would like! Restaurant great - massive choice for breakfast and for the buffet dinner. I also used the spa facilities and the infinity pool. Very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely return!

What a treat!

Fabulous hotel with some of the most hardworking and wonderful staff. I was a little apprehensive when I arrived as the sunbed area is restricted and backs directly onto the promenade but I needn’t had worried. There was always plenty of space and a wonderful atmosphere. Felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. Would recommend treating yourself to a massage and a few hours in the spa. Great choice of fresh, delicious buffet food. Can’t wait to go back!

everyone asumes you speak german

The Hotel is nice, my room was spacious and all are very friendly. Great welcoming staff! Hotel has no own parking but you can leave your car close by on the street for free (avoid yellow marked parking). The wifi worked well too. Breakfast and dinner has everything available. Gym is tiny but has a nice view. Pool area is a bit packed but one can go to the near by public beach. The Burger at the pool is too big and not eatable as it falls apart so hope they can redesign it. This Hotel and the town nearby is very popular among german tourists and everyone asumes you speak german, which is weird but also funny

Wirklich schön, toller Service und kein Überladenes Buffet, vieles wird direkt frisch zubereitet. Morgens gab es neben den Typischen Eiervariationen auch immer frische Crêpes!

Hotel: very friendly and professional staff no matter in reception, restaurant or cleaner, speak fluently in German, English; room was comfortable, with pillow menu, bathroom mood lighting, i booked superior double room with ocean view; buffet was fine, with live cooking station as well; in the evening has live music show on poolside, sometimes during breakfast, dinner has singer or guitar player with background music too. Location: from hotel cross a sidewalk already on beach, in hotel outside area has direct ocean access for swimmer as well; around hotel has bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy & etc. hotel has small gym, but can jogging, hiking outdoors, also good place for surfing beginner. Traffic: from PMI airport to hotel around 70 min with car, if book shuttle should be take definitely more time due to several stops in a few beach (cala...)

Wir kommen wieder :-)

Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Alle Mitarbeiter und die Direktoren sind sehr zuvorkommend und erfüllen sofern es möglich, jeden Wunsch. In einem gepflegten Ambiente mit verschieden Musikunterhaltungen, lecker Essen und herzlichen Menschen kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Lieben Dank nochmal an das gesamte Team, für den entspannten Urlaub.

Stylishes Hotel in perfekter Lage

Das Hotel ist super schön und modern. Es hat einen tollen Wellnessbereich, ist direkt gegenüber dem Son moll Strand und die Partymeile ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel und ich würde immer wieder fahren! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Echt toll. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr vielseitig und gesund!

Hotel war meiner Meinung nach überbucht

In der ersten Nacht mussten wir uns mit einem Einzelzimmer dass als Doppelzimmer verkauft wurde zufrieden geben. Aus der Meersicht wurde eine seitliche Meersicht mit direkter Sicht auf ein Hotel.

Schickes neues Hotel am Strand

Begrüßungsgetränk an der Poolbar erhalten. Persönliche Begrüßung vom Hoteldirektor, super freundlich !!! Tolle Zimmer und toller Blick. Schickes Hotel, macht einen neuen Eindruck, Personal alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so soll es sein. Frühstück klasse, Abendessen nicht immer so mein Geschmack, aber auch toll !! Kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, da sollte man mal übernachtet haben, lohnt sich !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfekte Lage am Strand

Das sehr gut ausgestattete Hotel ist ruhig und direkt am Strand gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man Geschäfte und Bars. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Sehr hilfbereites Personal, Zimmer relativ klein, aber sauber, traumhafte Aussicht vom SPA-Bereich, sehr gutes Essen. Der Aufpreis für die seitliche Meersicht lohnt sich nicht wirklich und der Lift ist eine Katastrophe. Ansonsten Top!

Fantastisches Hotel direkt am Sandstrand

Das Personal, vom Empfang, dem Restaurant bis zum Reinigungspersonal, waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Frühstücks- und das Dinnerbuffet waren abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Tolles Hotel um zu entspannen!

Wir haben dieses Hotel zum 2. Mal besucht. Hatten das Superior-Zimmer mit Meerblick, was wirklich wunderbar war. Der Strand liegt direkt vor dem Hotel, sowie kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wird regelmäßig gereinigt und der Service rundherum ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
