"Accueil glacial et catastrophique, On nous conduit à la chambre Mégots dans le cendrier de la terrasse de la chambre. À l intérieur des gâteaux apéritifs sur le sol . La sale de bain les toilettes sont sale excréments et cheveux . Pas de serviettes non plus . Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changé plein de taches , souillé, oils et cheveux à volonté, une horreur . Je redescends a la réception on nous change de chambre. Pas mieux . Le lendemain deux personnes d une soixantaine d années...

"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "C-Mauritius is a great value for money 4-star hotel. Staff are going the extra mile to make you feel warmly welcome. The food variety and quality/taste are very nice as compared to some other 4 or even 5 star hotels on the island. Ms. Anastasia of the reception will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is wonderful, provided that locals don't make their dogs become an issue on the beach. "

The food was delicious and the setting was very romantic. The complimentary shuttle to the nearby town about 20 minutes away was very helpful. The water level on the beach was a little too shallow for our taste, but we still enjoyed it. Two faithful, well behaved dogs on the property had surely added yo the atmosphere!
