"For the price, amenities, and location, the Kindness Hotel is everything you need it to be. For the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, it's better than anything else you could hope to find."

"A great location only one stop on the metro (plus a short walk) from the high speed rail station. "

"clean, easy stay, amenities were nice!"

"The room was very spacious and clean. The bath tub was nice as well. Breakfast buffet tasted really good, and the staff were super nice. Everyone is always happy to provide support, and although very few staff speak English, others will still assist you with translation apps. The only issue I saw was the noise level. You can hear water running in other rooms and people yelling loudly in the hallway at night and early mornings. All in all I really liked the place and will stay again if I visit...

"Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The only drawback is the rooms are not very soundproof and throughout the night, we could hear doors slamming and even some yelling at one point"

"I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !"
