"Absolutely loved this hotel! We arrived by car, and it was extremely difficult to know where to go, so we ended up in a nearby car park, which was tiny and hard to drive in. Because we had a small car (a Mini), we could move it to the hotel's car park, which was much cheaper. One of the staff came with us to help, which was nice, as we would not have been able to find it without him! Reception was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

"We chose Gran Hotel Reymar after a lot of research and unfortunately had a very disappointing stay.
Our room was not properly cleaned on arrival, with multiple hairs throughout the bathroom and bedroom, hair near the bedding, and a crushed bug. We reported it immediately. The room was “re”cleaned multiple times, yet we still found hair, a dirty mirror, and the same stained pillowcase afterward.
