"Staff was great, rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool and Spas were clean. Area was 10 min from downtown La Fortuna. "

"Exceptional customer service, nice remote cabin, backing onto nature and could hear the river from cabin. Private and quiet. Good location to walk to town or la fortuna waterfall if desired. Shower was ambient temperature. I was greeted with delicious pineapple juice and they accommodated my later checkout. Thank you so much. "

"The problem was front desk people they are working till 9 p.m after 9 if u need something or anything happened no one is there to help u. I was insid a room for 2 night water was all over the bed and floor, and bed was wet. After 2 night i was sleep to that kind a room they chang my room last night to another room. And even they didn't refund my money for that 2 night when i was sleeping to the cold atea and wet bed, and wel floor. And price i paid for this place it was too expensive, i saw so many good hotel, even they have hot spring with the lest prices than here."

"Clean room. Amenities at hotel were nice. Sometimes in evening felt ignored if you were not directly in the restaurant for food. Hot tub great and individual room hot tub nice. A little bit too hot. I wish there was a way to add some cold water to moderate it. Grounds lovely and felt very private. Felt safe. Nice to walk around. Staff overall nice and helpful. Clean rooms and towels. "

"Staff were amazing (very amiable and professional); grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Loved the room patio view, hot tub, and heated pool with bar. Reception desk workers super accommodating and informative. Wonderful breakfast included with stay. Would definitely recommend and return. "

"People super nice always. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of choices and the other restaurants were good too. Easy to move around they’ll pick you up any time .Short uber drive to la fortuna downtown."
