"Great location, clean room, nice staff, No internet in rooms, only in hotel lobby"

"There is the buffet and snack bar. Snack bar is not open for dinner, its the steak house then. We ate most meals at buffets, and while small, food was not too bad! Snack bar does have made to order burgers! Oriental and italian were great with great atmosphere! You do have to go to the front desk to make reservations. We did premium so did get premium lounge which had better alcohol, and had room service which we did once. Drinks were only okay. We could not find a good margarita all week, anywhere! Tried both white and red wine which were both good, and loved the Imperial beer! While old, it’s beautiful and quaint. Lots of walking, but there’s also a shuttle running all the time too."

"We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at the resort. The staff were so kind and really caring to the kids. The food was top notch and comforting. Every day had a different theme. The drinks were great too. The property is set facing the beach and the views during sunset are really beautiful. The beach was sufficiently clean and looked like there were lots of activities you could purchase separately. One of the pools were being cleaned when we were staying. But the other three were great and also relaxing. The best part of this resort was that it was not over crowded. So you felt that you're being taken care of. Over all our family thoroughly enjoyed here. Would absolutely come back in a heartbeat."

"The staff at Planet Hollywood are fantastic. Very inviting, friendly, accommodating, and truly display the idea of 'Pura Vida'. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the entertainment staff did a phenomenal job. This wasy second time at this location and I'm positive there will be a third sometime soon."
