"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. It took us until 945 pm before we were able to get a far from desirable accommodations. We were preparing to sleep in our car by that time. We have yet to receive a refund or response. There...

"We loved our stay at Nayari Villas! The villa was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool. We had a beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. After a couple of days of travelling, I was happy to be able to do some laundry. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed the extra blankets since we like sleeping with heavy blankets. The beds were a bit firm (we prefer extra soft mattresses), but we still slept very well. We used the kitchen to make a homemade meal one...

Con relaciòn al dueño, su trato hacia mi persona por celular, dado su inoperancia o falta del manejo del uso de las plataformas que reservan su spot, lo hizo comportarse de forma hostil y patán, aun viendo por mensajes el pago del recibo la reserva y rebajo del banco, por lo tanto no recomiendo este lugar de...
