"We loved the views of the lake and volcano, the food was great, the hiking trails were tons of fun, the dante waterfall was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely amazing! We loved Howard and our beautiful waitress with red hair! Also, don't let the shared bathrooms scare you away from the casona. It was an amazing room with the best view and toucans!"

"Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. "The staff was great, very helpful, professional and friendly. The room was clean and was accurately depicted in the online photos. Resturant had good food and was beautifully setup. The property was well maintained and the rates we booked at were fairly priced. Location very well situated to many different ideal destinations. We would definitely return to the property if visiting the area again. "
