"We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...

"Personnel acceuillant mais parlant peu anglais. Seule la demoiselle lors de notre depart nous a compris. Lors de notre premier matin, nous avons pris notre douche a l'eau froide. Déjeuner correct. Personne n'a pu nous aider pour connecter notre nouvelle carte SIM."

"1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying...

"Vernita was incredible. We talked about different cultures, and had a very interesting conversation. She recommended a place to eat dinner, and it was good. I walked down the hill, a couple of times, to Quepos. It was a nice place, and everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. I saw two red Macaws fly overhead. It was a sight to see. I would recommend the place to people that don’t want to stay in a hotel. It’s safe, and secure."

"Paisible, spacieux avec climatisateur dans les chambres à coucher. Wi-fi disparaît de temps en temps. Très sécuritaire. Besoin de 4X4 pour y accéder. Très bon séjour "

"Muy mal. No pude utilizar la reservación. El hotel tiene varios días de estar clausurado por remodelación. Tuve que buscar alojamiento en otro lugar, con los consecuentes inconvenientes. Exijo que se me reintegre inmediatamente el monto que Hoteles.com cargó en mi tarjeta de crédito."
