"The pictures on the website are misleading. The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures. The towels were very dingy looking and very old. The bedding looked like it had been washed by putting it in a sink. The shower had grime in the corners and where you had to stand. there was no shower curtain so when you showered the bathroom floor would be a giant puddle when you were done. "I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The service was awesome, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—anything you need is just a phone call away, and they make sure it’s delivered promptly. The property felt very safe and secure, which made the stay even more comfortable. Another big plus is the location: there’s a nice, walkable street nearby with plenty of high-end outlets and shopping options. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again."
