"Pas la peine d'aller au parc Carara piur voir les aras rouges, nous n'en avons pas vu alors qu'au cerro lodge nous en avons vu plus d'une douzaine. Personnel agréable, la vue est magnifique, nous avons aussi vu 2 types de singes depuis l'hôtel (capucins et hurleurs). Petit déjeuner correct mais perfectible. Les habitations seules sont très bien le petit plus la douche et les toilettes à l'extérieur (aucun vis à vis, bien protégé), et une piscine agréable "

"Preis-Leistung stimmt. Die Reception und auch das Serviceperspnal sind leider unfreundlich. Herausragend ist Diego, der sehr hilfsbereit ist und sehr nett. Ich wartete somit bis er seine Schicht hatte, um Fragen zu stellen. Denn bei den anderen gab es keine Motivation. Zimmer sind gross (Familienzimmer), Pool ist Standard. "We were looking for an “off-tourist” spot since we flew in from nyc and were driving up to La fortuna. This was an absolute gem. Plenty space for kids to run/play, hot springs, gorgeous river stream. We only had one morning, but would’ve easily stayed for a couple nights if we didn’t have our next stop scheduled! Totally recommend this place - be prepared as this is more like a high-end “glamping”. Plenty beds and sleeping accommodations. Very respectful and accommodating staff. "

"It’s a fantastic lodge in the middle of the kungör. The cabins are very rustic, but has electricity and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi in the public building. Good food, wine and beer in the restaurant. Nice tours in the jungle and fantastic personel. If you don’t expect a five star hotel, than you get a five star experience."

"Mario was a great bird guide, but the tour was only on the property. It would be nice to have night tours and birding trips off the property. The internet service could have been better. The food was good, and the staff was helpful."
