"The entire experience was awkward. We had to contact the front desk, and awaited for directions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD WHILE BEING IN COSTA RICA... WAS NON-EXISTENT. "Beautiful space , private & secure, immaculately kept, spotless and you can see the pride/love the owners have in their property. We were welcomed with the warmest greeting, fresh cut flowers thoughtfully placed throughout the condo, it was so clean and smelt amazing.
