Loved this hotel. It is on a beautiful river and has amazing mountain views. The accommodations were comfortable and clean except there is no heat. Food was great and Sebastian made sure we were happy with our stay. The location is ideal, conveniently located on a main road with proximity to all the attractions of the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Me informaron que ya no trabajan con ustedes y expedia sigue reservando y nos trasladamos por las puras, el trato del personal despota sin animos de explicar la situacion. Pesima experiencia

buenas tardes Srta Sheyla, las disculpas del caso si se sintio ofendida por el trato que hace mencion lineas arriba, trataremos de mejorar en ese aspecto!!! con respecto a su reserva trabajamos con previa llamada para realizar su reserva.
