"The opening hours for the reception are ok with a code and key safe but to checkout there is no possibility to leave a little later and they close the reception at 11:30 in the morning. "

You won't get 5 star luxury for £250 a week, however it has everything needed, small kitchenette is a great asset, balcony nice to sit out on. Nice staff, easy parking. "Sarah the receptionist was smiling, patient, and so helpful. Next day (May 29) there was another lady who was rude, she should be replaced. Property is exceptional, location is superb, just a short walk to Antibes Rd and the beach. Every detail had been thought of, the accommodation did not lack anything! The bathroom was well equipped and even had a cooler/heater. Very clean. Definitely recommend!"

"From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!"

"Stayed 8 nights during the Cannes Film Festival. The location was perfect with the Festival only a short 10 minute walk away. And the harbor was only one-half block away. Anything else you might need is nearby. My room was basically a somewhat sparsely furnished apartment, with a complete kitchen and separate bedroom. The full refrigerator with freezer was nice. And heated towel rack in bathroom came in handy. I didn't use the TV or heating/AC unit. The double bed, was actually two twin beds...
