This property is excellently located for Cannes train station, the town centre and the Croisette.

Really nice room with a separate toilet room and sink. There was a bathtub and a separate good sized shower. There were 3 of us travelling including our 17 yr old daughter so the extra "getting ready" space was appreciated. The air conditioning didn't work very well. Super great staff that were so helpful all the time Convenient to walk or uber

Someone had their belongings at the breakfast area during our stay. Security very lacks. No parking slot available. Just roadside parking especially for large vehicles. Our room smells like cigarette

Place was nice and clean. Great walking distance from everything. Took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Only thing I did not like was the dark hallways, needs better lighting.

Cheap but for a reason
The place has only 1 elevator so quicker to take the stairs. Very tired decorations- in need of work… hallways looked dirty and the empty pizza box outside the lift for 2 days was strange

Friendly and helpful staff
The staff were friendlyn and helpful. I would like to thank the staff again. Very nice hotel for family visits. Parking was just next to the hotel. Location wise it was okay.

The food onsite was good and the staff friendly. Our keycard kept on having to be reset which was annoying but it worked out in the end.

Quiet and comfortable
I really like this hotel. Location, comfort, service and most importantly the rooms are quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Terrible lobby which resembles a cheap coffee shop.There is no where for taxi or cars to stop to drop or pick up passengers or luggages. Hotel entrance is in front of a busy road where cars can't stop. 20 min walk from the sea. Rooms are clean and good size. Bed is fairly small.

Clean Rooms. Wonderfull staff. Pizza Hut across the street. Walking distance to downtown. Bed was great. Pillows were fluffy. Shower was clean and good pressure. Nice big tub for the kids. AC was nice an cold. Great stay. Would stay here again.

Nice not great.
Two days in Cannes on vacation. Easy check in. SLOW elevator; nice breakfast buffet. Room is comfortable but certainly not luxurious .

Great hotel with an excellent location, some 10 minutes walk from the promenade. Use their parking property and pay 18 euros overnight instead of 40. Rich breakfast.

The hotel is only 10 minutes away from beach
Close to shops the beach and also the train station and main bus station Only one thing there’s no pool in hotel! Breakfast was good but you have to make your own boiled eggs or Fried which takes time otherwise we had a lovely stay at the Novotel hotel staff were very kind and friendly we would stay there again next time !

Excellent hotel location
The hotel is located very close to most cannes attraction the promenade shops market and all within 10mins including train/bus station. Rooms were very Clean with buffet breakfast having plenty of choice. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Free WiFi Free gym. I think only thing lacking in hotel it needs a decent drinks bar and seating area as they use the reception counter as a double up of bar and no where private to sit. I would definitely recommend to anyone individuals or family alike. 8/10 marks well done.

Nice hotel,,well laid out rooms.
Reasonably located , short walk to centre.Quiet area although on main street..Close to local supermarket. Although WiFi went down after two days and wasn't fixed for rest of week,,only serves continental breakfast.
